NeuroPathway is a mental health support app designed for children and young people experiencing schizophrenia, ADHD, dyslexia, and related conditions. The app provides:

  • Mood tracking and emotional awareness tools
  • Grounding exercises and coping strategies
  • Educational content about mental health symptoms
  • AI-assisted journaling (not a substitute for therapy)
  • Safety planning and crisis resources
  • Parent-child communication features

3. NOT Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: NeuroPathway is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide:

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Professional mental health therapy or counseling
  • Medication advice or prescriptions
  • Emergency crisis intervention

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in this app.

4. Age Requirements

NeuroPathway is designed for users aged 8-17 years old. Users under 13 require explicit parental consent.

5. Parental Supervision

Parents and guardians should actively supervise their child's use of NeuroPathway and regularly review the app content together. Parents should be aware of emergency features and crisis resources within the app.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the app only for personal mental health support
  • Not attempt to bypass safety features
  • Contact emergency services (999 in UK) for immediate crises
  • Inform parents/guardians if experiencing serious symptoms

7. Limitation of Liability

NeuroPathway and its operators are not liable for any harm, injury, or adverse outcomes resulting from use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may also update these terms periodically.
